The web ticket entry form won't accept my address. How do I enter it?

Type the first few letters of the city/town in the 'City/Place Name or Rural' field, and a drop down menu will appear. Select the correct city/town.

The building/house number is entered into the 'Address' field, and the street is entered into the 'Street' field.
